Inspections are necessary!

 Even though you thought you have found a perfect home,always be sure to get a home &termite inspection along with a septic & sink hole inspection if applies. Spending a few hundred dollars can save you thousands in the end. Once an inspection is completed, it is important to thoroughly read the report understanding what the inspector is implying. Sometimes a deal may be considered  as is, however it is still important to know what your buying and to determine if repairs are needed and if the repairs are in your budget.
