Purchasing to flip

Be sure to do your due diligence when purchasing an investment property to flip. It is important to be aware of the recent sales in the neighborhood and the overall  days on the market.  You can always ask for a CMA of the home your interested in. Always hire licensed  companies and ask for a copy of the license, insurance and bond( if applies). Do your homework & ask many questions so you dont find yourself in a pickle.  Hire a licensed broker to help you eliminate some costly mistakes buyers and sellers make just because they are uneducated.
